GET TO KNOW OUR BOARD

As the President, I am passionate about driving our club's mission to provide unwavering support to the Matanzas Pirates football team.  I supervise all activities of the organization, preside at all meetings, organize and serve pre-game meals on game days, manage our website, and assist with all fundraising and sponsorships.  I am committed to building and fostering relationships between this amazing program and our community and devote my time to ensuring all operations of the club run smoothly.  

I am responsible for keeping the minutes of the proceedings of the membership and the board, publishing the minutes, managine and keeping a record of volunteer efforts and keeping the calendar.

As Vice-President, I perform the duties assigned by the President and Executive Board.  

I assist with all operations of the booster club as needed, serve pre-game meals on game days and am committed to the growth and development of this program and our players.​​

I am committed to organizing and overseeing all parent volunteer registration and activities for game day operations of the gate, concession sales and merchandise stand, including menu creation, pre-game set up, post-game clean up and parent communication.

As treasurer, I am responsible for overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing budgets, ensuring that funds are allocated appropriately and reporting on financial status to members.

I am committed to building and fostering relationships with our community and am dedicated to securing community partners and sponsorships to help the success of this program. Outreach to our community to grow relationships with sponsors and donors and helping our organization to raise much needed funds is my priority.
