Booster Club General Meeting (1)

February general meeting is our annual board election. Active booster members will vote to choose board for 2026 who will hold office from March 1, 2026 - end of February 2027. All active members (dues paying and regularly attending meetings/events) please come elect your new board. Any active member (please see bylaws) may run for a board position by submitting your request to run along with the position you would like to hold and any relevant experience/background that makes you suitable for the role to the current President to distrubute to the current board. This information will be provided to all active voting members at the election meeting prior to voting.

Parents of players and future players please attend our monthly Booster Club Meetings. This is where we plan upcoming fundraisers, make decisions for the upcoming year, budget and vote on how funds get spent and how we support our players and organziation as a whole. Please attend meetings and consider joining and becoming active boosters to have a vote in decision making.

We meet every first Tuesday of the month in the cafeteria at MHS unless otherwise noted. This month we delayed a week for the banquet. June and July we meet second Tuesday due to first weeks being breaks and time for family summer vacations.
