We could not be more proud of our Pirates this week!!

Their fierce dedication and determination.  Their character and class.

They are so much more than a score.

Friday night’s rivalry game against FPC, on Aug. 22, may not have ended in our favor on the scoreboard, but the true story was written by our Pirates.

Our Pirates went into the game as the underdog and came up short on the scoreboard, but what they showed this community was far greater than a number on the board.

Throughout the week, our players endured personal attacks. They chose silence over response, proving that true strength is found in character, discipline, and class.

Our Pirates represented their school and community with pride.

Victories aren’t always measured in points. Sometimes they’re measured in the strength of character, the bonds of a team, and the respect they earn along the way.

We couldn’t be more proud of these young men and the example they set for all of us. They are the team we stand behind — today and always.
